is an Italian company specialized in innovative industrial systems, automation, and energy monitoring solutions. With a strong presence in the European and USA market and over 20 years of experience, we are now expanding our commercial operations in India.


We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales & Support Engineer to develop our local sales network and support customers during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.


This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to work with cutting-edge technologies and represent the excellence of Made-in-Italy solutions in the industrial sector.


Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers across India

- Promote our product portfolio to system integrators, OEMs, and end users

- Provide technical support during the pre-sales phase: customer needs analysis, product selection, solution proposal, configuration

- Deliver post-sales support: training, troubleshooting, technical assistance, follow-up

- Collaborate with the Italian HQ for project development

- Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of satisfaction

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars



Requirements:

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independentl

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation or similar fields)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical-commercial roles, preferably in industrial automation or energy monitoring
  • Solid understanding of control systems and industrial technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within India
