About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of backend and frontend developers, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable code, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving innovation while maintaining best practices. You will play a crucial role in managing deployments, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. Requirements: - 14-18 years of hands-on experience in building and running full-stack applications - Proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams successfully - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions - Proficiency in both back-end and front-end technologies - Knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and coding standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration - Exposure to DevOps tools and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible - Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment Tech Stack: - Java/Spring Boot - Microservices - ReactJS - MySQL - Kafka - Redis - AWS Join us at Yubi and be a part of our epic growth story, where your contributions will shape the future of global debt markets.,
