As a proud member of CALSSA, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of solar PV and energy storage design engineers. - Manage and review U.S. residential permit and construction plan sets. - Ensure compliance with NEC, IRC, UL, and utility interconnection standards. - Oversee quality assurance, workflow optimization, and project delivery timelines. - Collaborate with U.S. operations teams on process and design improvements. - Utilize AutoCAD, HelioScope, Aurora Solar, and PVsyst for high-quality design work. **Required Qualifications:** - B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. - 5+ years of experience in residential solar PV and storage design (U.S. market preferred). - 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role. - Strong understanding of NEC 2020/2023, UL 9540, UL 1741, and U.S. permitting processes. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with energy storage systems (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase IQ Battery, FranklinWH, etc.). - Knowledge of U.S. AHJ and utility submittal requirements. - PMP or equivalent project management certification.
