As an experienced Solar PV Design Engineer, you should possess a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC, USA) and be well-versed in the Residential Solar & Energy Storage Code requirements of cities in the Bay Area, California. With a minimum of 6 years of expertise in generating both Residential and Commercial Solar PV Designs, you are expected to hold relevant solar certifications. Your role will require you to be self-directed, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player. Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD 2012 or newer, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word), Adobe, Helioscope, PVSyst, Arora, and other Solar Software tools is essential.
