Engineering Manager

Role Overview: As the leader of the team, your primary responsibility will be overseeing daily tasks, prioritizing them, and making decisions based on changing business priorities. You will play a crucial role in structuring and facilitating the team's workflow and QA process. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to understand their requirements and translate them into the team's technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily tasks, prioritize them effectively, and make decisions based on changing business priorities. - Structure and facilitate the team's workflow and QA process. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into technical specifications. - Foster the team's evolution and growth through activities such as 1:1s and performance evaluations. - Plan for future resource requirements and collaborate with hiring efforts to ensure the team remains well-equipped. Qualifications Required: - At least 10+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in automation. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in team and people management. - Track record of designing, developing, and supporting highly scalable automation solutions. - Professional experience in a technical management or leadership role. - Technical mindset and understanding of complex systems design. - Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications and design test cases. - Action-oriented attitude, solutions-oriented approach, and ability to maintain high performance in a fast-paced work environment. - Excellent oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is nice to have but not required.,
