ML/AI Engineering Manager or Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of ML and data science professionals (4+ members).
Design, build, and deploy scalable ML/AI solutions for real-world applications.
Work on
Generative AI

LLM fine-tuning
,
RAG pipelines
, and
prompt engineering
.
Develop and productionize ML models (including NLP, Vision AI, and Conversational AI).
Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines on
GCP

AWS
, or
Azure
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of AI/ML projects.
Write high-quality, secure, and scalable code for AI/ML systems.
Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

8–12 years
of total experience, including
5+ years
in ML/AI development.
2+ years
of experience leading ML or data science teams.
Strong programming skills in
Python
, with hands-on experience in
