The Role We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in software or emerging tech sales. This isn't just a "sales" role—you will be the face of our AI and AR/VR offerings, managing the full lifecycle of client relationships and taking ownership of the P&L for your specific vertical. A key focus of this role is Channel Sales: identifying, onboarding, and managing agency partnerships to resell XR Central’s suite of services. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Partnerships & Agency Growth * Identify and recruit top-tier creative, marketing, and digital transformation agencies to act as channel partners. * Enable partners by training them on XR Central’s AI and AR/VR capabilities. * Collaborate with agencies to pitch immersive solutions to their existing high-value clients. 2. Sales Operations & Outbound Strategy * Own the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to closing. * Utilize outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or HubSpot) to build a robust pipeline. * Conduct high-level demos and technical presentations to CXOs and decision-makers. 3. P&L & Account Management * Manage the P&L for your assigned vertical, ensuring healthy margins and revenue targets are met. * Nurture long-term client relationships to drive upsells and recurring project opportunities. * Act as the bridge between the client’s vision and our internal production team. Required Qualifications & Skills * Experience: 3–4 years of proven success in B2B sales within the Software, SaaS, or Emerging Tech sectors. * Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of (or a deep passion for) AR, VR, Metaverse, and AI technologies. * Tooling: Proficient in using CRM systems and modern outbound prospecting tools. * Financial Acumen: Comfortable managing budgets, pricing structures, and vertical-specific P&Ls. * Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon. * Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills—you can make complex tech sound simple and ROI-driven. You won't just be managing timelines; you will be the technical heartbeat of our projects. We need someone who understands the "how" behind game engines and cloud infrastructure while maintaining a "big picture" view of delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities1. Project Lifecycle & Strategy Planning: Build and maintain detailed Gantt Charts to track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. Architecture: Design and document Solution Architectures for XR applications, ensuring scalability across cloud and local environments. Prototyping: Use Generative AI tools to rapidly prototype concepts, create storyboards, or generate placeholder assets to accelerate the pre-production phase. 2. Technical Oversight Development Workflow: Manage code versioning and collaborative workflows using Git/Bitbucket/GitHub . Engine Integration: Provide hands-on guidance within Unity or Unreal Engine environments to ensure technical hurdles are addressed early. Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the integration of cloud services (AWS/Azure) for multi-user XR experiences and data persistence. 3. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact, translating complex technical jargon into actionable business insights for clients. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2 to 4 years in a Project Management or Operations role specifically within Gaming, AR/VR, or Interactive Media . Game Engines: Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine (knowing how to open a project, check builds, and understand scene hierarchy). Technical Tools: Deep understanding of Cloud services and Code Share Repositories (Git) . Architectural Mapping: Ability to visualize systems through flowcharts and technical architecture diagrams. AI Savvy: Hands-on experience using GenAI (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to streamline project workflows.
