As the Chief Engineer at the hotel, your primary focus will be on ensuring guests" safety and comfort by leading a talented engineering team to maintain the property in top-notch condition. Your responsibilities will include: - Directing daily engineering needs to ensure the team is efficiently assigned tasks - Creating a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests - Managing parts and supplies while adhering to green initiatives - Being adaptable to handle ad-hoc duties when necessary - Establishing strong relationships with external contacts such as guests and regulatory agencies To excel in this role, we require: - Some college or advanced vocational training - Four years of experience in building maintenance or construction - Expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields - Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, and relevant licenses - Previous experience in a hotel setting is preferred - Professional certifications and licenses as mandated by law At the company, we value employees" success and well-being.
