Engineering Manager- HIEX Kolkata New Town

As the Chief Engineer at our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests" safety and comfort is always the top priority. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with exceptional repair skills to lead and coach a talented engineering team, staying proactive in meeting our everyday maintenance needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but will mainly include directing the engineering team's daily tasks, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our guests, managing parts and supplies efficiently while adhering to our green initiatives, and being flexible to handle ad-hoc duties with a collaborative approach. To excel in this role, we require you to have some college or advanced vocational training, at least four years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction, specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields, along with specific certifications like Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, and relevant trade licenses.
