Engineering Manager Full-Stack (Vue.js/Node.js/AWS)

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend and full-stack engineers.
• Provide technical leadership in frontend frameworks such as

  Vue.js

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Oversee code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Set best practices for frontend and backend development, CI/CD, and code reviews.

• Plan and manage project execution, timelines, and team deliverables.
• Contribute to hiring efforts and technical onboarding processes.

What youll bring:

• 8+ years of experience in software development; at least 2+ years in an engineering leadership/manager role.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework:

  Vue.js

• Proficiency in

  for building backend APIs and services.
• Deep understanding of

  cloud-native application architecture
