What youll do Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend and full-stack engineers. Provide technical leadership in frontend frameworks such as Vue.js , React , or Angular . Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver high-impact features. Oversee code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications. Set best practices for frontend and backend development, CI/CD, and code reviews. Drive architectural decisions across frontend and backend services ( Node.js ). Plan and manage project execution, timelines, and team deliverables. Contribute to hiring efforts and technical onboarding processes. What youll bring 8+ years of experience in software development; at least 2+ years in an engineering leadership/manager role. Strong hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework: Vue.js , React , or Angular . Proficiency in Node.js for building backend APIs and services. Deep understanding of cloud-native application architecture , with practical experience deploying and scaling systems on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) . Strong grasp of system design , microservices , and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate technical ideas into clear business value. A passion for clean code, performance optimization, and building high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
