Role Overview: As a Manager in Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing validation plans for new and existing models. Your role will involve preparing model documentation, establishing ongoing monitoring frameworks, analyzing model accuracy, and assessing compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also perform back testing and stress testing to evaluate model robustness under different conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate technical expertise in programming languages such as Python and DevOps, proficiency in technical drawing, project and team management skills, and experience in providing cloud native solutions.
