We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering teams, driving technical strategy and execution for complex, scalable systems. What Youll Do

• Collaborate with product managers , product designers, software developers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and prioritize features and improvements.
• Drive engineering excellence by establishing and enforcing best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of growth, ownership, and innovation.
• Proactively identify technical and organizational risks and drive strategies to mitigate them.
• Act as a bridge between technology and business teams, translating business goals into actionable engineering plans.
• Lead the development of Agentic AI tools for internal engineering use (e.g., an AI agent specialized in database queries or one capable of handling mapping, design, PRD creation, and code generation).

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in team management roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges, delivering scalable and robust software solutions.
• Strong technical background with expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems, cloud-based architectures, and microservices.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
• A data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on delivering business value through technology.
• Familiarity with modern frontend and backend frameworks and technologies, as well as cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Preferably from a Tier 1 engineering college, preferably having some experience in AI, Gen AI, Data Science
