- Experience in cloud-based ERP solutions (on Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, HRMS, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience of engineering teams.
- Ability to explain advanced technical concepts to business users.
- Strong project management and problem-solving expertise.
