Engineering Lead - Full Stack Development

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor SDE3 and SDET3 teams. - Guide career development and performance evaluations. - Lead talent acquisition and team expansion. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. - Drive skill development, mentorship programs, and leadership. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership. - Proven experience in leading development and testing teams. - Strong expertise in full-stack development, system design, and cloud computing. - Experience in mentoring engineers, setting technical standards, and driving best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In terms of Development and Architecture, you should have expertise in full-stack development with technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, .Net. You should also have experience in system design, microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, background job orchestration, caching strategies, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments. For Performance Engineering, hands-on experience with security compliance testing, accessibility standards, observability, logging, monitoring tools, resilience engineering, and fault-tolerant systems is required. Additionally, familiarity with Project Management Tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, Agile methodologies, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, tracking progress, and aligning with business objectives is essential.
