Engineering Executive

Job Description

• Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all-building equipment and rooms. Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of Engineering staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.
• Lead a team of engineers and ensure their work is aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
• Develop and implement engineering processes, policies, and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Track project progress and adjust resource allocation as needed.
• Provide regular status updates to upper management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
