Engineering Department Manager

As the Engineering Department Manager, your role is crucial in enabling the Company to achieve its strategic objectives by overseeing the development of the Engineering organization within your assigned department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain synergies by managing Discipline Managers to ensure integrated work processes. - Oversee resource allocation, training, and work quality within the department. - Monitor and coordinate interfaces between Disciplines to enhance efficiencies. - Manage manpower planning and resource allocation, including determining the need for subcontracting work. - Lead the development and enhancement of engineering tools and processes. - Drive talent development across Disciplines and ensure overall quality and performance of departmental work. **Qualifications Required:** - Engineer Diploma - 10 to 15 years of relevant experience This role requires expertise in functional competencies such as Commercial awareness, Systems Engineering, Business Acumen, Sub-contracting management, Change Management, HSSE-Q&R-OE leadership, Innovation, and Planning.,
