Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Associate located in Ernakulam. The Engineering Associate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of building systems, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring operational standards are met. Daily tasks will include responding to guest requests, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with the engineering team to address technical problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems and engineering operations
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
