Job Description

Set and communicate team priorities aligned with the broader organization's goals.
Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
Develop long-term technical vision and roadmap within and beyond the scope of your teams.
Oversee systems designs and review product or system development code to solve complex problems.
Drive technical project strategy, lead large-scale ML infrastructure optimization, and oversee state-of-the-art GenAI solutions design and implementation.
Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, providing feedback and coaching.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software development.
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
At least 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure.
Experience in a technical leadership role with at least 5 years of people management or team leadership experience.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and Google Ads.
Ability to manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects internationally.
