Role & responsibilities

• Heat Pump Performance Analysis:

• Analyze and evaluate system performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Identify operational issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Component Evaluation:

• Assess and inspect critical components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, and expansion valves.
• Detect potential weaknesses or failures and suggest improvements.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system problems.
• Perform timely repairs or replacements to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.

• Research & Development Projects:

• Work with R&D teams on innovation, design, and testing of new heat pump technologies.
• Contribute technical insights to enhance product feasibility and performance.

• Benchmarking & Best Practices:

• Benchmark system performance against industry standards.
• Implement best practices for service, repair, and maintenance in compliance with safety norms.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, guidelines, and codes applicable to heat pump service.
• Minimum

  3-4 years of hands-on experience in heat pump service and maintenance

  , including troubleshooting and repair activities. Experience

  working in factory

  or industrial environments, particularly within HVAC systems, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heat pump components and processes; proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Skilled at identifying performance issues and implementing quick, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Experienced or interested in contributing to advancements in heat pump technology.
• Thorough and precise in performance checks, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Clear, professional communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
