🔹 Position Details

• Role:

  Engineer / Supervisor – Machine Shop / CNC

• Qualification:

  DME / B.Sc.

• Experience:

  3–4 years (Manufacturing Industry preferred)

• Annual CTC:

  ₹4.20 – ₹4.50 LPA

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Operate, program, and set

  CNC, VMC, HMC

  machines.
• Strong process knowledge of

  HMC, VMC, CNC Programming

  .
• Fixture management,

  QMS adherence

  , and production planning.
• Manpower planning and handling during shifts.
• Understand WI, critical, major & minor product parameters.
• Configure, load, and optimize machine capability.
• Implement corrective actions for

  in-process rejections

  .
• Ensure

  5S, Kaizen, and Safety Norms

  compliance on the shop floor.
• Lead the team with a

  positive attitude and leadership qualities

  .

🔹 Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Hands-on experience with instruments:

  Vernier, Micrometer, APG Pistol, Caliper, Gauges

  .
• Good exposure to

  production management & problem-solving

  .
