Engineer / Supervisor - Assembly

Experience: 2-3 yrs

Qualification: BE / Diploma or its equalent

Age Limit: 25 Years and Above

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the toy assembly operations ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and efficiency. The role focuses on coordinating manpower, maintaining workflow, achieving daily production targets, and ensuring compliance with toy safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Execution

· Execute daily, weekly, and monthly assembly schedules based on production plans.

· Coordinate with moulding, painting, and Stores departments to ensure smooth material flow to the assembly line.

· Allocate work to operators and monitor line balancing to achieve optimum output.

2. Line Management & Supervision

· Supervise Product assembly lines including manual, semi-automatic, and automated stations.

· Monitor operator performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

· Maintain Work discipline, and 5S standards in the assembly area.

· Need Good Knowledge in SAP /ERP System.

· Ensure that all assembled toys meet defined quality, safety, and functionality standards.

3. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain daily production logs, rejection reports, downtime analysis, and efficiency records.

· Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and ergonomic practices in the assembly section.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
