* AMC'S & Insurance Policies - To keep the track record of all AMC's & Insurance Policies of the Company and ensure that they are paid successfully before the expiry date.
* Air Conditioning Plant (AC Plant) - Operation, maintenance, and timely servicing.
* Electrical Works - Maintenance and supervision of all electrical installations and systems.
* Diesel Generator (DG) Set - Regular monitoring, upkeep, and servicing.
* Member Complaints - Timely resolution of electrical, AC, and other related complaints raised by members.
* Building Maintenance, Technical Staff, Security & House Keeping Services - To supervise the Maintenance of the Building, Supervision of Technical Staff & Security & Housekeeping Staff record keeping registers.
* Scrutiny & Inspection of the rooms - To conduct monthly Scrutiny & Inspection of all Rooms of the building, in particular the sublet rooms.
* Entry and Parking Passes - To keep the track of the record keeping of the Entry and parking passes.
* Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
* Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in maintenance and supervision of Electrical Systems, HVAC, and DG Sets.
* Knowledge of safety protocols, preventive maintenance, and complaint redressal system is essential.
* Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and members.
