SKILLS - * AMC'S & Insurance Policies - To keep the track record of all AMC's & Insurance Policies of the Company and ensure that they are paid successfully before the expiry date. * Air Conditioning Plant (AC Plant) - Operation, maintenance, and timely servicing. * Electrical Works - Maintenance and supervision of all electrical installations and systems. * Diesel Generator (DG) Set - Regular monitoring, upkeep, and servicing. * Member Complaints - Timely resolution of electrical, AC, and other related complaints raised by members. * Building Maintenance, Technical Staff, Security & House Keeping Services - To supervise the Maintenance of the Building, Supervision of Technical Staff & Security & Housekeeping Staff record keeping registers. * Scrutiny & Inspection of the rooms - To conduct monthly Scrutiny & Inspection of all Rooms of the building, in particular the sublet rooms. * Entry and Parking Passes - To keep the track of the record keeping of the Entry and parking passes. Eligibility Criteria: * Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute. * Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in maintenance and supervision of Electrical Systems, HVAC, and DG Sets. * Knowledge of safety protocols, preventive maintenance, and complaint redressal system is essential. * Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and members.
Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while working at heights or in confined spaces. Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations of high-voltage equipment such as transformers, switchgear, generators and cables. Maintenance and repair of electrical installations, wiring, and Fittings. Maintaining records of maintenance and repairs Handling complaints related to lighting, ACs. DG sets, and other electrical appliances. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in electrical works, maintenance, or related field. ITI certification or diploma in Electrical from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of electrical systems management principles and practices. Proficiency in performing various types of electrical works including wiring, circuitry, and troubleshooting.
