As a Service Engineer at Popular Group, you will play a crucial role in the automobile business, being groomed as the future managers of the group. During the training program, you will learn about: - Types of Washing, Washing Procedures, and Washing Quality - Customer reception, the Role of Service Advisor, Generation of R/O GDMS, GSW, and Customer Relation - Appointments, Post-service follow-ups, Customer Complaints, Customer Satisfaction, and Service Campaigns - Workshop floor operations, Periodic Maintenance, Job Controller Activities, and Safety Measures - Procurement Procedures, Storing Guidelines, Warranty Policies, and Stock Management - Warranty Claims, Claim Procedures, Body and Paint Section, and Paint Quality Standards - General Facilities like Standby Generating Set, Cafeteria, Service Manuals, and Account Section Upon successful completion of the training, your performance will be evaluated for confirmation of joining.
