Engineer Senior Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for various engineering activities such as designing, acquiring, and developing hardware, software, and network infrastructure in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main goal will be to ensure that quality standards are met within existing and planned frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the budgetary requirement definition for the assigned product area - Develop functional specifications and create project plans and software release schedules - Partner with business and development teams to identify engineering requirements - Assist in defining application and system requirements and processes - Maintain engineering relationships with end users/clients - Communicate requirements/tasks from technology departments and/or end users to stakeholders - Provide solutions and processes in accordance with audit initiatives and requirements - Consult with Business Information Security officers (BISOs) and TISOs - Exhibit in-depth understanding of engineering concepts and principles - Assist with training activities and mentor junior team members - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions - Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets - Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations - Adhere to Policy and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices - Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency - Project Management experience - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices - Demonstrate analytic/diagnostic skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams - Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement Qualifications: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role - Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Additional Company Details: If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.
