This is the job description for Engineer- Sales & Service
1. Act as the primary sales contact for PCS/Graco business
2. Visit customer & attend / handle meetings related their requirement & issues.
3. Maintain good relationship with customers & make regular communication
4. Provide service support for PCS systems / Graco equipment on time
5. Conduct demo of Graco products at the customer end
6. Execute performance inspection visits of PCS systems at existing customer plants & promote updated technologies /equipment.
7. Work on acquiring Graco spare business from existing and new customers.
1. Sound knowledge about PCS system & Graco fluid handling equipment
2. Good communication skill
3. Working experience in sales & service support
