Engineer - RTL Design

Role Overview: You will be joining Lattice Semiconductor as a Design Engineer-2 FPGA Architecture, becoming part of the Architecture team focused on FPGA architecture modeling and advanced system architecture. This role offers ample opportunities for contribution, learning, innovation, and growth within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Located in Pune, India, as a full-time individual contributor, you will focus on FPGA projects within Pune and similar time zones. - Your tasks will involve RTL design, implementing best-in-class coding styles, algorithms, and utilizing Verilog and System Verilog. - You will work on architecture modeling and evaluate Lattice FPGAs and Software tools to assess performance, power, and area for various workloads. - Expertise in driving Subsystem development, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability, conducting reviews and audits, and collaborating with the Software tools team to define benchmarks and suggest improvements. - Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers, teaching best-known methods while being open to learning from the team. - Contribute significantly to building FPGA architecture modeling and evaluation platform efforts, driving logic design of key FPGA workloads, and developing regression testing frameworks. - Maintain design quality throughout project development, conduct regular reviews and audits, and evaluate competitive products" architectures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, Software Tools, HW architects, pre and post silicon validation, to drive the program forward. - Develop relationships with worldwide teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Be prepared for occasional travel as required. Qualifications Required: - BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Possess 3+ years of experience in driving logic design across multiple FPGA projects. - Expertise in FPGA designs, use-cases, design considerations, defining micro-architecture, and experience with various EDA tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects throughout the design cycle, collaborate across organizations, solve problems effectively, and work across different sites and time zones independently.,
