Job Description (Engineering)
1. To prepare 2D Drawings accurately for all Standard & Non-standard Products/Equipments in
line with the offer to submit it to the Sales/Customer.
2. Close co-ordination with Application Engineering team to understand the requirement of
Sales/Customer and incorporate in 2D drawings.
3. Co-ordination with Production on the feasibility of the requirements as and when required.
4. To prepare 3D models and Fabrication Drawings accurately for all Standard & Non-standard
Products/Equipment’s in line with the 2D drawings to avoid issues during production.
5. Issuing Fabrication Drawing timely for Standard/Non-Standard components/Equipment’s with
necessary details and zero error to Purchase and Production.
6. To provide steps wise product assembly instructions to production for smooth operation.
7. To Prepare the BOM for all Standard & Non- Standard products/Equipment’s.
8. Supervise the manufacturing/assembly process of all designs and instruct as and when required.
9. Improvement in the existing modeling by incorporating the comments received from respective
departments.
10. Should have in-depth knowledge of engineering 3D/2D software like Solid Edge, Solid works &
Inventor, AutoCAD etc. to lead the way.
11. Having Knowledge of HVAC, Sheetmetal manufacturing.
12. Should be a good communicator and have ability to solve the problems during product
execution.
13. Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
14. Product localization in the consultation with respective departments (like R&D, Application,
Engineering, Production, etc.) as and when required.
