Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily QC activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.
Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Participate in root cause analysis on identified quality issues and implement corrective measures Document and report quality findings and maintain accurate records. Train and educate operators on quality control processes and procedures Conduct regular supplier audits to improve on time performance and quality of materials Assist with the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including work instructions and inspection reports
