Supervise, monitor, and control project execution.
Report project status on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Highlight any issue that may affect the project adversely and suggest solutions.
Coordinate with Client, Architect, Consultants and Contractors.
Coordinate project review meetings and prepare minutes.
Track and control cost with respect to budget.
Should be aware of MS projects, Auto Cad, Excel etc.
Check & ensure that all activities are executed as per the Contract, Specifications & Drawings.
Ensure desired quality is achieved.
Check measurement of works done and certify bills raised by contractors and other agencies.
Maintain documentation on site.
