1. Adherence to daily Production plan
2. Effective Manpower utilisation to achieve daily production target
3. Ensure material availability on line
4. Highlighting concerns related to Material / manpower/machine
5. To achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line
4. To minimize rework / rejection on line
5. Guide / operate machines online when required
6. To do Minor machine breakdown / sets as per plan
7. To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities
8. Ensure PPE usages by line operators & safety awareness.
9. Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start up, first piece flow inspection etc
10. To do Kaizens to improve productivity
11. To educate / train / guide operators wrt safety/quality requirements of line
12. To support in implementation of TPM & MSES A” activities
13. Any other duty entrusted by your seniors
14. Basic knowledge Robot teaching and programming (Yasakawa / Panasonic)
15. Trouble shooting robot related basic issues.
16. Identifying Unsafe condition and resolution the same
Male Candidates are preferred with good knowledge of Robo Welding.
