Role Description Robotex India is seeking a full-time Technical Trainer. As a Technical Trainer, you will: Leverage Modern Technology in Education: Utilize contemporary technological tools and methods to enhance educational experiences. Work Independently: Demonstrate self-discipline and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines without supervision. Communicate Effectively: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse learners. Manage Training Schedules: Efficiently handle training schedules and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in STEAM, Robotics, AI, ML, and IoT. Adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles and proficiency levels. Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness. Troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions and provide clear explanations. Technical Skills 1.Programming Languages: Proficiency in C, C++, and Python. 2.Microcontrollers: Deep understanding of Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi applications. 3.Logic and Implementation: Strong knowledge of coding logic and implementation strategies. 4.PID Control Systems: Experience in designing and implementing PID control systems. 5.Training Design: Ability to create engaging and effective training programs. 6.Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills during training sessions. 7.Complex Concept Communication: Clear and concise communication of complex technical concepts. 8.Adaptability: Flexibility in adjusting training methods and content based on feedback. 9.Evaluation and Improvement: Continual assessment and refinement of training programs to ensure high-quality outcomes. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BTech, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or related fields. Relevant certifications in Robotics, AI, ML, or IoT are a plus. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across various production areas, overseeing quality, production planning, and troubleshooting in the body shop area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in body shop processes, production management, and troubleshooting in a high-tech automotive environment. Multiply openings :- Tool Room : Manage store operations, inventory, and consumable materials. Issue consumables to line personnel to ensure continuous production. Monitor Room : Manage process control room functions. Handle production planning, control, and monitoring. Factory BI (Business Intelligence) : Responsible for system management and data analysis. Manage and analyze factory-related data to optimize production processes. Robot Keeper : Teach robots (99%) and modify robot programs. Troubleshoot and replace caps as needed. Experience with Kawasaki Robots is preferable. Cell Leader : Supervise and manage 2-3 lines in the body shop. Ensure quality control and optimize production processes within assigned lines. Weld Management : Adjust and control weld parameters to ensure quality and consistency in the welding process. Engineering In Charge : Need Education : B.E/B. Tech (Full-time). Manage after SOP (start of production) activities. Oversee the sealer process, line process, weld process, and cycle time management. Perform line manpower calculations. Familiarity with SAP systems is required. Tool In Charge : Need Education : B.E/B. Tech (Full-time). Manage SAP systems for key-in and key-out processes. Track monthly targets, inventory management, and report preparation. Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel. Shift In Charge : Need Education : B.E/B. Tech (Full-time). Oversee body shop safety protocols, productivity, and quality achievement across all lines. Manage team performance and ensure alignment with quality standards. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 2-9 years in the automotive industry with hands-on experience in body shop production and management. Education : Diploma (Any full time only ), or B.E/B. Tech preferred for certain roles.
