Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Visit the site daily and collate the progress details
Collate the daily progress reports from vendors through building in charges and update the project dash board daily.
Update the progress trackers daily as per the information collected during the site visits, daily reports and feedback received from the building in-charges and forward to the Manager
Attend all the progress review meetings with vendors & CM team and highlight the schedule variances
Follow up with CM team for the closure of planning observations and the key action points
Update the quarterly targets/AOP as per the progress of works
Update vendors schedules weekly and send delay notifications (email) for any major deviation
Attend all the review meetings with design, procurement, DCU, Liaison etc. and follow up for their deliverables, update all the associated trackers daily and highlight any major variances immediately.
Follow up with design team for RFI replies
Update the project close out schedule & units handover schedule daily and issue it to Manager

Skills, knowledge & abilities

Working knowledge of Primavera
Good IT skills including MS Office
Familiar with the technical aspects of planning.
Team player

Qualification & Work Experience

B.Tech. / B.E / Diploma in Civil with 3-8 years of relevant Real Estate/Large Construction house experience.
