As a Machine Assembly Tester at our company, your role will involve conducting thorough testing of assembled machines to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with specifications. You will collaborate with the assembly and engineering teams to identify and resolve any issues, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough testing of assembled machines to verify functionality, safety, and compliance with specifications. - Utilize testing equipment and tools to evaluate machine performance and identify defects. - Document test results, report findings, and recommend improvements to the assembly process. - Collaborate with engineers and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues. - Ensure all testing procedures comply with safety regulations and quality standards. - Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and repairs. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency. - Train and mentor junior staff on testing procedures and best practices.
