Engineer - Machine Maintenance

As an experienced Maintenance Engineer at ATL Battery Technology Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our production processes at our Bawal and Sohna locations in Haryana. **Role Overview:** - Ensure adherence to the Maintenance Plan to achieve Process Key Indicators (PPM, DT, YIELD, OUTPUT). - Execute new line setup as per the plan. - Perform Failure Analysis (FA) to improve equipment performance and reduce customer complaints. - Lead improvement and cost-saving projects. - Maintain and update documentation. - Conduct training for technicians. **Key Responsibilities:** - Control wiring / RLC control diagrams - Root Cause Analysis methods (5 Why, 7 Why, PDCA) - Electrical / Mechanical Experience - Electronics devices (AC Drive, IR sensor, Pressure switch) - Pneumatic circuits, Electrical circuits - Analytical skills (5A, BA, PASA) **Qualifications Required:** - Education: B.Tech (Must) - Experience: 3-5 Years At ATL, you will be part of a dynamic team in a leading company that specializes in lithium-ion battery production.
