Engineer - Lifecycle Services

Role Overview: You will have overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and completion with customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include ensuring services are carried out in accordance with Emerson Standard procedures, preparing detailed site visit reports, promptly responding to customer queries and complaints, and providing technical assistance and support to the Project/Engineering department. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping up-to-date knowledge on new services and products offered by Emerson Flow System, providing installation, commissioning, AMC and ARC service support, and maintaining service visit data on the server. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure on-site service job execution and completion with customer satisfaction - Execute services in accordance with Emerson Standard procedures within the scheduled time - Prepare detailed site visit reports and obtain signed off from customers - Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary - Ensure Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures are followed - Provide technical assistance and support to Project/Engineering department - Maintain technical awareness of new technology and share knowledge with the service team - Provide installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC service support - Keep service visit data up-to-date on the server Qualifications Required: - Knowledge on Flow Metering System - Work experience on products like Flow Meter, GC, Flow Computer, Control Valve, PLC, HMI, etc. Additional Details: You are an active learner who uses both success and failure as learning opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 2-4 years of work experience - Experience on Flow Metering System for the Oil & Gas Industry is preferred.,
