Job Description

Department: NPD

Age Range: 23-28 years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering / D.M.E

Employment Type: Full-time, Regular Employee

Key Responsibilities:

Study and understand engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, BOM, and process requirements.
Operate and handle measuring equipment for trials and validation activities.
Support trial runs, pre-production, and pilot batches.
Follow up with suppliers for tooling, fixtures, and sample parts.
Assist in documentation preparation for PPAP, validation reports, and trial summaries.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for day-to-day project activities.
Support the resolution of basic shop-floor issues during trials.
Ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic CAD software knowledge: AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo.
Basic understanding of machining operations, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to support production trials and troubleshoot minor shop-floor issues.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and support multiple project activities.
