Engineer - IT Infrastructure

Your focus will be on delivering unrivaled digital products that drive a more reliable and profitable airline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain client/server hardware and software - Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, and storage systems - Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users - Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams - Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats - Collaborate with other IT professionals for seamless integration and operation of IT systems **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training - 3+ years of demonstrable hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues - Willingness to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Slit, or weekends) **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training - Airline Industry experience **Skills, Licenses, and Certifications Required:** - Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment **Mandatory Skills:** - Linux - Python - VDI / VM Ware - Infrastructure Maintenance,
