As an Engineer in the Plastic Industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and continuous improvement in production processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. - Analysing production workflows and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality. - Assisting in the design, testing, and development of plastic products to meet client requirements and market demands. - Ensuring all products meet industry standards and customer specifications through regular quality checks and audits. - Monitoring and maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. - Collaborating with the procurement team to select appropriate materials for production based on project requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - BTech degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of plastic materials, moulding techniques, and production processes. - Proficiency in CAD software and production management tools. - Strong communication and project management abilities. - Knowledge of quality control methodologies and safety regulations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.,
