As an After Sales Support professional, your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the performance of mechanical equipment or machinery post-sale. Your main responsibilities will involve providing technical assistance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and overseeing repair and maintenance tasks. A strong grasp of mechanical systems, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential to promptly and efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns. You will be expected to provide expert technical support to customers on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment. Your analytical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems will be put to use in diagnosing and resolving reported mechanical issues. Additionally, you will coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems, either internally or through third-party service providers. Maintaining regular communication with customers to handle inquiries, provide service request updates, and ensure their satisfaction with after-sales support is a key aspect of this role. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of service requests, troubleshooting processes, and solutions provided for future reference. Conducting training sessions for customers or internal staff to enhance their understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices is also part of your responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for product or service improvements based on customer feedback and service performance data and collaborating with relevant teams to implement enhancements is crucial for continuous improvement. Ensuring that all after-sales support activities align with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies is also a key responsibility. Qualifications And Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in after-sales support within the mechanical industry. - Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. - Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications for documentation and communication. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or training sessions.,
