Role Purpose:
As an Engineer II - Software Development, you will be responsible for managing and approving software configuration builds. You will build software configurations and perform unit testing to ensure quality and functionality. This role supports the implementation and deployment of software solutions, collaborating closely with development teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and approve software configuration builds according to project specifications.Build and configure software solutions based on requirements and technical designs.Perform unit testing to validate functionality and identify bugs or issues.Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical problems and ensure smooth implementation.Document software configurations, processes, and test results for future reference.Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support during software deployments.Knowledge, Experience & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in software development, configuration management, or related roles.Familiarity with software build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).Basic understanding of unit testing frameworks and methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
