Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED, contributing to the development of innovative engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop new engineering solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure high-quality engineering solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to engineering projects.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in engineering solutions development.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
