• Report all incidents, near miss cases and HSE hazards as instructed and ensure their closure. • Conducting induction and orientation to new employees joining, promoted or transferred staff to the fresh assignment. • Preparation of Job Safety Analysis & Risk Assessments Analysis Procedures . • Preparing Accident Incident Investigation Reports and Reviewing of Incident and accident investigation reports. • Control lifting equipments and movements of vehicle on the site per international • Preparing & maintaining all documents which are legal and audit requirements. • Ensure wearing of PPE’S by all workers and staffs like helmets, goggles, glass, life Jackets, safety shoes, safety harness, masks, etc. • Identifying and eliminating various hazard involved in construction works. • Ensure safe operating instructions are available at working place. • Ensure availability of First aid kits and Fire extinguishers at all workplace. • Conducting Weekly Inspection • Continually raise the awareness level on basic safety aspects amongst engineers, contractor and workers • Conduct periodic risk assessment and analysis of the hazardous activities within the area • Co-ordinate internal and external safety audit • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety legal requirements
