Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance on Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of HEMM vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Analyze data from sensors and other sources to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce costs.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of vehicle operation.
Ensure all form of Maintenance (Primitive, Preventive and Predictive) to be performed on time.
Making Material available at site on or before the given due date
Maintaining Minimun inventory of Common consumable items
Justifying and checking all kinds of material requirement prior.
Diesel avg. monitoring and keeping it to the specified limit.
Machine/vehicle wise cost monitoring and planning as per the specified limit.
Ensure Safety features in the machine/vehicle.
To keep eyes on daily parts consumption on daily basis.
Running BD time analysis on a daily basis_ Ensuring all form of BD work should complete on specified TOT (turnaround time)
