Engineer

Position Summary

The Wind Turbine Engineer will support the design, analysis, development, installation, and operation of onshore or offshore wind energy systems.

This role involves working across mechanical, electrical, structural, and environmental engineering domains to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of wind turbines and wind farms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operation & Maintenance of WTGs Having much exposure in all the Capacity of WTGs 0.85 mw, 2.MW,1.5MW, 1.25MW & 0.6MW
• Troubleshooting Knowledge in PLC based Electrical circuits, Power panel, AC Drives, Motors, circuit breaker, Relays, Timer, Contactors, HT and LT transformers, various types of sensors Induction Generators, Air circuit breakers, Vacuum circuit breakers, IGBT, SCR, hydraulic systems, gear boxes, couplings
• Operation & Maintenance of wind turbine generator 1250KW, 1500KW And 2100KW.
• Testing and Breakdown maintenance of the 750KW Wind turbine Generators & 33 KV Switch yard with Transmission line.
• Scheduling of preventive, predictive & Break down Maintenance of WTG.
• Preparing scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities of this Engines, Alternators, Motors, Switchyard, Switchgears, Transformers, Batteries, HT/LT Breakers & Panels.
• Operations & maintenance of ACB, SF6 and VCB type breakers and panels.
• Ability to solve the problems in HT/LT power panels, control panels and PLC based panels.
• Performing erection, servicing and maintenance of LT motors.
• Handling maintenance activities of Air Coolers, Heat pumps, Air compressors, ACDB, JB, LDB, Battery charger & Batteries.
• Testing and Commissioning of the Wind Turbine Generators
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of electronics, mechanical, hydraulic system

Note: Only apply wind sector candidates & Local candidates are preferred.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience

  : 2 to 5 Years

• Qualification

  : B.E -Mech, EEE, ECE & Diploma -Mech, EEE, ECE

  : Preventive Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, wind energy, Renewable energy, Mechanical Maintenance, Erection, Wind Turbines.
