Engineer - Digital Platforms

Role Overview: As a Digital Platform Support Engineer at TMF Group, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and maintenance for digital client platforms, particularly those hosted on Azure and Windows platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, identify and fix defects, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal system performance. Collaboration with product development teams and stakeholders is key to ensuring applications run smoothly and meet user requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for various applications hosted on Azure Data Center, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, fixing defects, and implementing enhancements. - Assist in deploying and testing new components and updates for the digital client platform. - Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain documentation and records of support activities and processes. - Participate in On-Call rotation to offer after-hours support when needed. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical role. - Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly MS Dynamics AX. - Ability to manage multiple servers applications infrastructure. - Experience with proactive application monitoring, analyzing, and fixing issues. - Familiarity with monitoring tools, MSSQL, REST APIs, and web services. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours. - Knowledge of cloud services like Azure and AWS.
