Job Description

As a part of Arcadis Global Excellence Centre (GEC), you will collaborate with 3,000+ talented individuals in India, Romania, and the Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis offices worldwide. Within the GEC, you have the option to focus on one country, developing deep knowledge and relationships, or to be part of globally diverse teams as a center of excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee a team of engineers and BIM technicians on complex projects - Coordinate with other disciplines and engage with lead regions to define task scopes - Understand codes and standards, develop design solutions, and provide site support - Establish client relationships, identify new opportunities, implement innovation, and ensure safe design practices **Qualifications Required:** - BE (Civil) and M Tech (Structures) degree with over 10 years of Bridge Design consulting experience - Proficiency in English and German - Chartered Engineer status with ICE or IStructE is desirable At Arcadis, every individual's contribution matters, and the company is committed to empowering employees to maximize their impact.
