In this role at Enphase Energy, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, communications, installation, or a combination of these elements. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing professional and timely resolution or referral of technical issues - Answering inbound Emails/Chats/Phone calls from Enphase customers in Spanish - Conducting remote troubleshooting of Enphase products - Approving and executing warranty claims - Offering pre-sales information about Enphase products - Assisting with the activation of new Enphase sites - Documenting all activities in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform - Coordinating with Enphase Engineering to track field issues and product modifications - Following departmental conventions and procedures - Participating in ongoing training and education related to industry standards and Enphase products - Professionally representing Enphase through all communication channels To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and requirements: - Graduation in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSC IT with a minimum B2 Certification in Spanish - Consistent academic performance with a score of 60% or above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or tech support roles - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in PC skills with knowledge of Mac OS as a plus - Basic understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, and an electrical or electronics background would be advantageous Preferred qualifications include a BE Electrical degree and exposure to solar/PV-related environments.
