As a customer support representative at Enphase Energy, your primary responsibility will be to ensure professional and timely resolution or referral of technical issues related to hardware, software, communications, installation, or a combination of these factors. You will provide support to Enphase customers via inbound Emails, Chats, and Phone calls in Spanish during assigned hours, including weekends and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Enphase products. - Handle warranty claims and provide pre-sales information. - Assist in the activation of new Enphase sites and document all activities in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform. - Collaborate with the engineering team to track field issues and product modifications. - Adhere to departmental procedures, industry standards, and product-specific information. - Represent Enphase professionally in all communications. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSC IT with a minimum B2 Certification in Spanish. - Must have scored 60% and above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer or tech support roles. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish working relationships. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in PC skills with knowledge of Mac OS being desirable. - Basic understanding of electrical concepts and circuits, with an electrical or electronics background preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. - Exposure to solar/PV-related environments.
